Liberty Coffee

A trip to Liberty Coffee can be very frustrating, and dangerously addictive at the same time. As much as I crave for the Banana & Toffee Nut Pie (below) — soft, light banana mousse atop sweet, crunchy toffee nuts — there is simply no guessing when the cafe would open its doors again.

We loved everything. Coffee was bold and smooth, and the Chocolate Fudge Cake (below) was perfectly moist and rich, but regrettably ugly (a fault that’s only mine).

No opening hours. No fixed menu. Follow their twitter, stalk their Facebook page, join the mailing list and cross your fingers for updates.
