It was only 10am and there were so many people already. We had to wait over an hour for our table at Tim Ho Wan, a dimsum restaurant in Hong Kong crowned with one Michelin star.
Carrot cake’s soft and fresh, yums.
These BBQ pork buns (酥皮焗叉燒包) may look ordinary but they taste so amazing. Probably the best item on their list!
Thin and smooth cheong fun soaked in savory sauce, if only the pig liver was a tad more tender it’ll be perfect.
The dimsum here is generally very good, but the hargao and siewmai were rather average. Nonetheless we all think it was worth the wait and the bill added up to only about 25sgd for 4pax!
Open daily, 10am-10pm
