Forty Hands.

When I first popped by Forty Hands dec last year, their food menu wasn’t up yet and the alfresco area at the back was under renovation. So I was really looking forward to seeing how the cafe has worked out.

Forty Hands is the estimated number of hands that were involved in the coffee-making process, from plantation to cup. And that’s the amount of work that goes behind a simple cup of coffee. Supporting fair trade ensures that all diligent hands are rewarded with due remuneration.

Piccolo latte, which when translate to colloquial terms means kopi-gao, roughly. XD

Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, chapati, greens. Definitely a sharer.
